I CANNOT GET WOLF LIKE ME OUT OF MY HEAD. i've never really listened to tv on the radio - i sort of assumed they were for the next generation of klc kids, you know, the ones who wear shoes other than allstars. but i can't stop thinking about this song, and if you listen to them they won't be too electric for me. so do you recommend an album of theirs for me to buy?

deirdre! that song is fuckin' infectious, glad you liked it. i have their first record, "desparate youth, blood thirsty babes," on my computer and will burn you a copy to include with the next installment. i think you'll like it. i haven't listened as much to the new record, "return to cookie mountain," but i've liked what i've heard. they played here in october (here is a link to one review) and i couldn't go, but they're coming back in april, so please visit so we can go for my birthday. conversely, if a cross-country flight cannot be arranged, it looks like they're playing the roseland in portland in march.
